Every species on earth has its own species-specific diet. Cows eat grass. Hummingbirds drink nectar. Worms eat dirt. We can’t expect cows to eat dirt, or hummingbirds to eat grass, or worms to drink nectar and thrive. Just like all other species, humans have an optimal diet that, when adhered to, gives rise to optimum balance and health, and a life free of disease. Below are just a handful of the potentially endless benefits of forsaking the conventional Western diet we’ve grown accustomed to and returning to the raw living plant-based diet that God designed our bodies for.
More Life Force Energy (Prana)
All species on earth besides humans eat raw food, and there is a good reason for this. Cooking our food is killing our food! When we abstain from cooking our food, we preserve its life force. Raw fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, and seeds have electrical energy, also called bio-photons or light energy. This energy is the intelligent consciousness of the plant that the food came from. When we consume food that has its consciousness intact, it improves our epigenetic expression. We feel better, we look better, we have more energy and more clarity. Our bodies absorb the light energy from the living food and this strengthens our auric field, making us immune to all kinds of diseases.
It Detoxifies and Purifies the Body
For many people who chose to begin a raw vegan lifestyle, detox is the main benefit they are seeking. Detox is a natural process that starts to unfold in the body as soon as you stop eating cooked and processed foods, such as meat, dairy, eggs, sodas, refined carbs, and pretty much anything else that comes in a box. These things are non-foods. They create conditions of toxicity in the body and are the source of many debilitating chronic diseases. Raw vegan living foods, on the other hand, are less dense and less obstructive in the body. They are full of living water, full of fiber, enzymes, minerals, phytochemicals, and other compounds that cleanse the body and flush out harmful mucus and obstructions that we accumulate through years of eating dead food.
When I first went raw vegan, I was taken aback by how I no longer needed any pots or pans, no microwave, no oven, no taster, no pressure cooker. I really only need a knife to open melons and chop salad ingredients, and maybe a utensil to eat things with. But wow! Suddenly I felt more light and free because I was able to give away most of my kitchen appliances to my friends, which they enjoyed so it was a win-win. I no longer needed to wait several minutes or even hours for my food to cook. I could just peel some bananas or some oranges and be done. This freed up a lot of my time to focus on other things like meditation, or being creative, or spending time out in nature.
The Planet Will Thank You
What is good for our bodies is also good for all life. As within, so without. Not only do I believe the raw vegan diet to be our original diet and the best diet for our physical bodies, but I also see that it is the very best and most sustainable diet for the ecology of the earth. By diverging from our original diet that Adam and Eve ate in the garden of Eden, we have created conditions of chaos, death and destruction of all forms of life on the earth. But if humans all returned to the diet of the garden of Eden, it would cause a shift in our collective consciousness towards love and compassion while simultaneously promoting life and assisting the earth in healing the deforestation and extinction caused by the manufacturing of our non-foods.
